RP> Hello All,
Hi! =)
RP> I never realized this a video echo. I am 15 years old in second year at
RP> Highschool. My school offers a communications studio with, for a
RP> highschool some reall nice equipement;
RP> A few editing suiets, 3 Panasonic Studio style Cameras, a 7 Input
RP> Switcher, blue chromake floors and walls etc,
RP> anyways.
All in your school? Gee, all we had was a few cameras and a cheap
SEG/Switcher.
RP> My question is; to get into a filming, or switching field what schooling
RP> is required, is this a growing industry is it worth getting into? I sure
RP> do enjoy It.
Well, let's see...Schooling would be a good idea, although some of the
greatest never went to film school [Spielberg], but then again some did
[Lucas]. Anyway, it all depends on what filed in the film industry that you
want to get in to.
The industry is worth getting in to, but it's also very hard to get in to. It
takes a lot of work and patience, and then when you get the job, you have to
work 14-20 hour days...but it's defenitely worth it! =)
Hope this helps!
