 Make a file called ppp.pas in \tcpip\bin with the format:
USERNAME
PASSWORD
Then use a commandline similar to this:
ppp.exe com1 19200 rtscts +ua "ppp.pas" modem defaultroute exit connect 
"pppdial.cmd jgppp.rsp"
In your response file, put whatever you need to start ppp then exit.
