Do you use any of their add-ons? I have the SurfControl stand-alone on my
own hardware, I think I'd prefer to have it on the firewall or as an
appliance.

Mark Houpt has one and he said unless you pay for the better tech support,
the level one is outsourced and somewhat worthless.
