Bingo! thats my point.
The whole thing is connived to fool the general public into thinking that 
cell phone calls are secure,, and to allow a few pockets to be lined with the 
cash that should be re-invested into digital technologies.

hobby is very real. The governments solution? Legislate it away!

Sure, there will always be "lawbreakers", but some of this new legislation 
includes penalties for mere possesion of equipment capable of reception of 
restricted frequencies.
