Probably, though most folks in that particular sector of society feel that a
lot of the lawsuits are frivolous. It just would have gone all the way to the

Maybe. But then again, they may look at the contract one signs (and that is
included). Yes, the men were required to wear long pants (no shorts), a
collared shirt and necktie.
