What "why"? "Zone7 project" was founded more 10 year
ago, and since include many sysops from these regions.

I have not a right to assing new region numbers at this zone - I am not Z7C
(I am only RC on this project). If you really want to support and include
to this you can write the claim to Z7C - Nick Nozdrunov (2:5027/14).
