The cable company provides the modems (really routers) that will be used with 
their cable.  From the FAQ I saw about Time Warner's Road Runner Service, 
their software requires Win 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Win NT, or Macs.  
There is not a thing for OS/2.  They are going after the majority of the 
market.  You MIGHT be able to run the Win 3.1x version, depending on Win32S.  
I think USR has waited to long to make cable modems.  Time Warner has a large 
percentage of the systems. Time Warner is using Mortrolla Cable Modems.  The 
NIC card REQUIRED is probally by 3COM.
