Hallo Alex.
AD> The intro to The Dividing Line is by far my favorite track on the
AD> album..
Agreed. Not by far, but my favourite track. One man's fool is outstanding
as well.
AD> One thing that, IMHO, they could do with it in the future is
AD> hand the tapes over to, say, Stephen Hague (Producer of a lot of
AD> semi-well-known brit-pop acts such as Pet Shop Boys and New Order) for
AD> remixing..
I doubt they WANT to do something like this. They've just gone through a
major change and probably have to find a new direction. Neither Tony nor
Mike would be willing to have a remix made by someone else, I think.
Let's see what Ray has to say...
AD> A Genesis dance song.. who would have thought?
Judging from last album's title... certainly not me.
AD> (BTW, is the intro played on the keyboards or on a heavily distorted
AD> bass guitar? I think it's probably keyboards but the idea of Tony
AD> manhandling a nice big base into submission is an interesting thought..
AD> much like the remix I talked about earlier..)
Sounds like keyboards.
(I'm not sure if I got this correctly) Why not? He certainly can do it.
(No, I guess I didn't)
Ciao, Michael
