Sure, but this day and age of government is becoming more and more intrusive 
and micro-managerial.
New and revised laws are needed, but not to the extent that the over-reactive 
knee-jerk lawmakers we seem to have sent to washington.
These new communication laws are purely created to assist the 
wireless/personal communications industries to hoodwink the ignorant public 
into thinking thier cell phone conversations are secure, without the expense 
of having to advance digital technologies. 
Are you saying that we have to accept the probability of such laws to put the 
bucks in thier pockets??? 
nope, i don't think so.
