    Agreed.
    Look at typical college class sizes, particularly for the less-adjusted 
freshmen.  Class size is quite often 60 or over for freshmen/sophomore 
courses, even at small classes...and classes smaller than 30 for 
freshmen-level courses are very rare.
    In spite of that, colleges manage to graduate 2/3 of freshmen within 5 
years.
