BTW, Russia made a lot to check the climate theory. The USSR (before 
Yeltsin) had an enormous industry that produced a lot of CO2. After 1990 
the USSR industry had completely collapsed and still is not working. The 
Earth should have had the CO2 emission fall now. Nothing of this kind 
has happened.

It proves that the increasing CO2 level is not connected with the 
industrial activity (to be exact it connected with forests felling). The 
USSR demonstrated brightly what would happen if the big countries would 
follow the Paris agreement in attempt to diminish the CO2 emission -- 
nothing would happen.  ;-)
