All it takes for file copies to be performed correctly is to use the =
CopyFile or CopyFileEx APIs. It doesn't get much easier than this.

Incorrect info! If you use Explorer to copy a file, all streams will
also be copied (provided the destination is NTFS). Some other tools
(e.g. ZTree) use more primitive copying techniques, and a copied file
will not include ADS.
