To pick a nit, Rich, Shulman has stated that posting to the FIDO RTKBA echo
=specifically= will get you legal action but, from other posts I've seen
elsewhere, I don't think he has much of a problem with you posting his stuff
on other nets/echoes so long as his original text is full and complete.  It's
more of a dispute with the moderator over the echo rules than anything else.
