Hi & welcome, Allen! Recently you wrote in a message to All:
AP> ... I would like to think that I am a survivor, but
AP> they are using the gamma knife on another lump they
AP> found this week.
... and alarm bells are going off all over the place because the
last lump(s) you had turned out to be malignant?? Hang in there. The
title for the echo is derived from the work of Dr. Bernie Siegel, who
recognized that some of his patients managed to beat the odds & set
about trying to figure out why. We do much the same. But none of us
expects to live forever.... :-)
AP> I am curious to know if there are any other testicular
AP> cancer survivors on here?
There was such an individual in this echo years ago. He left
Fidonet & we lost contact with him. IIRC, though, he had testicular
cancer when he was in his twenties. Dallas & I made his acquaintance
three decades later.... ;-)
