I use NetTerm, Freq from here or via E-Mail: NT16428.ZIP

        Subject: FREQ
        Body:    FREQ FileName.Ext

        where: FileName.Ext = File Name and Extension to be sent.  Use
         FileName.* if extension is unknown. Note that the Subject line
         must contain the single word 'FREQ' without the quotes ...

Note: This system will only send ONE File when using Wildcards in the
       FileName or Extension.  The *1st* Match will be selected.

      Requests are processed every 4 hours, maximum 2MB per session,
       MIME Base-64 Encoded attachments. Specify 'HELP' (no quotes)
       in message Body for detailed options (Encoding, routing, etc.).

      For a complete list of available files, Freq ALLFILES.EXE or goto
       Web Home Page at http://personal.lig.bellsouth.net/~benjr
