Notice you studiously avoid attempting to substantiate how you can
possibly rule that the USR V.everything cant have a problem just
because you dont see a problem yourself. And that USR THEMSELVES
have admitted a problem and provided a fix. That doesnt require
me to know everything, just apply a little rather elementary logic.
