canned vegetables are in steel cans, yes... sodas are not...

that's the way our vegetable cans are done, these days... oh, i guess i'd
better not limit it to canned vegetables, either... i've carried coiled
steel sheets from the panhandle of west virginia down to the campbell's
soup factory in southern north carolina where they stamp them into cans,
wash them, fill them, and then cap them... i forget exactly what the
coating is but something wants to say teflon while another part says that
it was something else... it is a white coating, though...
