Twice, Jericho got off RVD at the two count instead of pinning him.  Was 
this because of his agreement with Christian to finish off RVD and then 
settle it between themselves, or was it because Christian missed his cue 
to pull Jericho off?

I believe that JR said he didn't know why the ref was counting because 
there are no count outs in triple-threat matches.

The ref should have counted a pin, but that would have ruined the story 
line.
