 He don't do what a R/C need to do that's the reason.
 I asked for 1 year to change my flag's but it still my old flag's.

 and I aksed to change my node number to 2:292/900.
 his reason to deny is because maybe the old sysop of 2:292/900 can come,
 back and demand his old number.


 And as long he stay as R/C I will keep to ask for his resignation.

 Or ward can throw him out.
 or the can just resign.
