-=> Quoting Bill Grimsley to Bob Lawrence <=-
Hello Bill,
BL> you should like this one... seeing you're a great fan of the
BL> Pye T-29.
BG> Yuk! I didn't think that there were any functional T-29s left in
BG> existence, but clearly yours is the exception.
Don't forget the other one around last year or so, where Bob had collected it
from the junk that was parked in concord during the last cleanup, fixed it,
and promptly returns it (in working condition) back to the junk heap.
It has come to my attention that the rats at the rubbish tip are using the set
to watch the Jerry Springer show. They're into that sort of thing, or so they
claim anyway, personally, I recon they're watching melrose place, but the rats
flatly deny this.
Their original fault claim was the set alignment so far off, that it would
only receive home television shopping, and infomercial programs. They had it
sent to concord, where the head rat (who coincidently is Bob's
"dog") promised
it could get it's owner (Bob) to fix it. They (the rats) also deny they had
anything to do with the recent death of Bob's cat.
Actually, this story is so good, that I'm likely to believe it myself!
