I see the problem. My program simply looks for CM in the flags, which is
obviously too simplistic. I need a better regex, which I'm not in the mood
to come up with right now. I need to look for "CM" at the
beginning of the flags, ",CM," if not at the end of the flags,
and either "CM" or ",CM" at the end of the flags.

I need to relearn regex every time I use them, it seems.
