As being a REGISTERED Telemate 4.21 user, I also would not like to see
this go away. I used to get it from Lisa BBS before Alyssa Baird passed
on, and she was a great lady. I have been using Telemate since 3.02, and
decided at the 4.00 release to get it registered, and from that point I
have not even used Terminate, Q-Modem, Telex, Boyan, or any other
Telecommunication software at all. Telemate has satisfied all the things I
like
and use. It's the GREATEST DOS based telecommunication software, and it's
never
going to let me out of it by choice. I will always support it, but only
under DOS. The Windows version 1.10 is good, but I like the DOS 4.21
better, as it has much nicer and better features in it. I have installed
TM 1.1 for Windows a few times, but I have deleted it in prefer to
the DOS one as it's better all around. Keep this conference alive, and
lets not let it die. Shareware is the best, and it's what allowed me to
actually register a software package because it's worth it! Seez ya'
Register TM and it's yours for life!
