 I believe your correct about that Roy, the 10 meter Band proposal along
 with other HF Band Allocations. The document I have from RAC is about
 a month old so it may be a bit stale.

 Middle Earth is what some have called us Central Ontario dwellers,
Not really in the Middle of Canada but it sure feels like it at times!
Politically many ontario Patriots view Canada as revolving around them.
 
Still use CW here alot, my dream is to inherit a huge farm overlooking
the Atlantic Ocean with no Powerlines for miles and a DC QRP rig with
lots of Battry power! My Idea of Ham Utopia...
 
Unfortunately the XYL says That if that were to happen I would be mighty
lonely up there!  :^)
