Depends on the range of course, but my father-in-law's Colt Detective 
Special does pretty well.  I only fired 2 rounds of Hydrashok from it, he 
fired the other 3, (+p rounds, I didn't want to stress the frame) but 
they printed where I was aiming.  At least mine did.  Dad managed to hit 
the paper at 21 feet.  My mother in law shot much better than he did.
