(Not anything several minutes into the connection.)
Retrains are not effected at all.
No?  (Or at least that's what the docs say.)
And your S191=126 suggestion would attempt to connect at a *HIGHER* rate than 
he already is.  Is that a good suggestion for someone that's already having 
problems at his current rate?
