I don't do Windoze. However, I can tell you three
ways (remember the Fackler Rule of Three from WP echo!)
to do it in DOS v8 and maybe that will help find it in
the W version;
1) Put the cursor on the payee or category or whatever
and hit Alt Z, which brings up a list of all that match
it. Ctrl P prints the list.
2) F5 for report, 5=other, 1=transaction report,
F9=filter. Then enter whatever you want in the chart.
Here you could select for payee AND category AND
whatever (version 1 above was only OR). F2 prints the
report.
3) The all-else fails method. Remember that Quicken is
an inexpensive program and has limited features. I use
it, for example, to keep records for a couple of clubs.
Unfortunately, it will not make reports in the format I
want for treasurer's reports. I therefore have Q make
reports that contain the information I want and then
massage it in WP. I have macros that move items around
and make the format I desire. In this case, I see no
reason why she couldn't export the report and extract
whatever she wants in whatever form she wants. Do it
by hand if it's a one-time deal, write a macro if it is
regular.
