Sure, but this may not be feasible or even available for you... Here in
Marion County Florida, the county landfill accepts tires (and recycles them).
Stipulation is, you pay $ x.xx (I'm not sure how much, I believe $ 1.00
each), and there is a limit to how many you can bring at a time unless you
are a licensed tire hauler. Stipulation #2, DOT won't let you carry more
than a certain amount of tires unless you are a licensed carrier.
If you have the time and manpower, this is a viable option to paying someone
to do what you could be doing. Check with local and state laws regarding
hauling and disposing of used tires, just to CYA.
