In this case, you don't.
Here's what happened.  Joe had on his machine, a fellow by the name of
Jeff Slaton.  Jeff is pretty well-known as a spammer and as soon as he
began a spam a couple of weeks ago, Jeff got cut off permanently.

Now, Jeff has a bone to pick with the site that kicked him off.  Therefore,
he posts an ad for that site which is as offensive as possible, using
vnet.ibm.net which appears to be harboring several spammers.

Slaton is pretty well known as _The Spamking_ and there are a couple of
fine Web pages (including one from my friend Soren Ragsadale) detailing
his activities.  I strongly recommend suing him in person, if not merely
committing bodily harm on his person.
