Nope not quite, while you can set a default path for auto created JAM bases
and can also set a main system path for the message bases... what I found was
that the hudson files resided in that same directory as per where the JAM
bases were being created... I think that was what it was? But to be honest so
munch tinkering and reinstalling over the last 24 hours I can't be sure :)
