Painfully true - I should have mentioned that Command Prompt 'copy' will
also happily copy all streams along with the data.

Not that it matters here, but the author of ZTree has some compatibility
issue (ancient Windows? same source used on OS/2?), and ZTree defaults to
do its own file copy with read/write so he can show progress and allow
cancel (which allegedly the ancient systems won't reliably support).
