Email, netmail, echomail and the likes are not exactly suited to analyse
someone else's state of mind nor to base a qualified medical opinion on.
 
Besides, what makes you qualified overthere is not by definition what makes
you qualified overhere.
 
Such a counselor (sp!) overhere would be called 'Sociaal Assistent'
translating as 'Social Assistant'. It takes 3 years full-time schooling and
at least 1 or 2 years internships to learn the trade. Hardly anything that
one learns in a 30 or 60 or 90 hour course for which you then get a
certificate.
 
I've got boxes full of certificates, some even issued by the UN ... big deal!
