Title: Olive garden alfredo fettucine

Yield: 4 servings
8 oz Cream cheese; cut in bits
3/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Milk
8 oz Fettuccine; cook; drain
In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk,
stirring
constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well.
Leftovers freeze well.

Title: Self rising flour

Yield: 1 servings
1/2 c Baking powder
1/4 c Baking soda
1/4 c Salt
5 lb Flour.
Add baking powder, baking soda and salt to flour. Using 2 large
bowls, sift the mixture 3 to 4 times, using the largest sifter that
you have, or use a large strainer and a wooden spoon to sift it.
Store at room temperature and use in any recipe that calls for
self-rising flour.
