Ward, -> > If one wants a "quick" cert in something, -> > they can probably obtain it in short order -- in any country. -> That certainly is incorrect. But that's not what you stated in your last message....?! -> We got an institution here which is called the "American University" where -> can get a degree at the (virtual) snap of a finger. The title earned -> worth nothing more than the paper it is printed on. There you go..... My point is proven... -> If overhere you go to an accredited place of learning, then there is no easy -> way. An advantage that we also have here is that universities are not run Same here... If one attends an accredited place of learning, the path is not quick nor is it easy. -> private companies but as a government entity. There are no places for the -> wealthy, there are no places for the elite-only. Everyone is on the same -> Everyone pays the same, nomatter what subject you study. That's the difference between an economically free capitalist country, and one that -- well -- is different. We do have Private colleges where one can pay more for a different education. To say one is better or offers a higher quality education isn't necessarily true. My daughter attends a public school that is was ranked 2nd in the country, private schools included and we don't pay anything (outside of taxes of course). -> If overhere you go to a non-accredited place of learning, then it is a -> time and money. But odly enough, all non-accredited places of higher -> originate from a continent west from here. You just stated that you have a non-accredited place of learning in your country (above), but now you state they ALL originate west of your location...? -> Both statements are true. There is no place where there is so much -> bogus-education in the world as in the USA while at the same time there Do you have any statistics to back that up? I'd like to see them... Can you netmail them to me?
