Lake Winnepesaukah is not in the City of Chattanooga.  It's actually
south of the border in Rossville, Georgia.
You may well have missed it because of their schedule of operation.
Weekends only April through September, adding Thursday and Friday from
May to Labor Day.  Kinda hard to find, too, unless you've been there.
