I'm a qualified councilor in that I have credentials awarded by training and 
certifications which provide me the responsibility of referring person(s) to 
qualified medical personnel (psychiatrists, psychologists, or MD's) for 
further treatment and / or diagnosis.  My note to you was an observation and 
a recommendation, take it as you will.  I recommend that you seek some kind 
of help either from a qualified medical professional. If you like, we could 
discuss (netmail) some ways of dealing with anger, but since your anger is 
directed at Z1 folks, I suggest you find someone closer to home -- I would 
prefer not to deal with you.
