Where can I call get a good MFC 2.0 text? 
?? Teach Yourself MFC 2.0 in 2.0 Seconds ?? 
 
I have "Teach Yourself Visual C++ in 21 Days", but it only 
really teaches C++.  It states quite plainly that Windows 
3.1 programming is beyond the scope of the text.  Please
