Just another side of the coin I wrote about in my latest snooze article.

In the haydays of FidoNet we had lots of competent people for assembling
nodelists and running system to distribute echomail. Many more than were
needed to get it done.

Now the situation has reversed. Few competent people left and lots of
people with a broadband connection and a computer powerful enough to run
the entire Fidonet.

The result is garbage in the nodelist and chaos in echomail distribution.
