I had an interesting experience last week. After a recent practice 
session, my oldest son, Joe, complained that he couldn't see the target 
as well with his left eye (non-dominant eye). I was concerned about that 
so I made an appointment to have his eyes examined.
It turns out that his "bad" eye is 20/20. When he was complaining that 
he couldn't see the target as well, he meant that he couldn't make out 
the concentric circles on the 50' small bore rifle target. It's going to 
be interesting to see how he does when he's got a few more years of 
experience.
