Modifications to File Attach/File Request menu.

"Ins/a - add
Del/d - delete
Space/e - edit
Enter - accept
Esc/c - cancel (<- for completeness sake)

The legend is adjusted, such that the "normal" characters are presented
to the user. This prevents any problems "per default" since Ins and Del
might not work correctly. Those who used the menu in the past won't
notice anything, since the old keys (except Esc) work as before."
