Here's some that I've used.  Whether or not they will work for you is another story.

FreeDoor
MannDoor
D32
XDoor (v3.xx or higher)

All are based on the ELEcomm communications engine and all have crapped out
at one time or another, especially under OS/2 (since none of them were
actually /tested/ under OS/2-they "compiled", so it was the
Microsoft way of thinking: "It compiles?  Ship it!"), so your
mileage may vary.

You can get these doorkits from my programming filebase on my board if you
don't want to hunt them down.  Look under
Programming->Pascal->Doorkits.
