Yes, saw that after I posted. I still don't see how they could have let
this slip thru though, it took 2 days and I knew the cause, then I found
out from our techs that they knew the cause and had had lots of complaints
from customers claiming our internet was broken.

I thought the reason it takes MS 6 months to release a patch was because
they test this stuff? With around half the installed business users still
running W2K you would think they would test this version a bit more than
they apparently do? Or perhaps as I suggested, bad patches that break
things on W2K are viewed as a way to signal to customers that MS doesn't
care about them if they aren't going to upgrade to activation..
