Hmm.. how about these:

As posted here, Nominations were accepted via netmail OR posting in the echo

However, he posted here that votes were only to be accepted via posting in the
echo, and yet at least one was accepted via netmail.

Instead of appointing an uninvolved EC, he did it all himself

Instead of appointing an uninvolved Resolution coordinator, he declared
"complaints" invalid all by himself.

Just my take.
