One of the provisions of the new UPS contract that the The
   _Daily Oklahoman_, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, reports in today's
   paper (Wednesday, April 20) is that "subcontracting of long-haul
   deliveries would be limited to peak seasons."
   
          Does this mean that the UPS intermodal business would
   disappear from the railroads except during "peak seasons"?
