No.  The PPRO is a Socket-8 chip, the P-II is a SLOT-1.  You need a PPRO 
specific motherboard.

SMP is currently not available for Warp 4.  For SMP with Warp you need Warp 
Server Advanced, which uses the WARP-3 kernal.
