No, I haven't. That's not too far to go, though. Elderly Instruments,
the store I got my tricone from, is in Lansing--at least 60 miles from
here. As it happens, that's a really good guitar store (big prices,
though; they go for the creme-de-la-creme of vintage guitars) and is
worth a trip once in a while even when not picking up a guitar. Now that
I think of it, I can go and road-test a Style O there!

The daughter in question is 16.5 years old. I'll need to win the lottery
to get her the toys & schools she wants. She still likes Silverchair, but
she hasn't been sneaking in and putting the Ibanez acoustic into Drop-D
lately.
