I haven't patched since SP1. With all the comments about some machines
having problems with SP2 I made a conscious decision: my machine works
now, there are no compelling software upgrades (and I run Office, Prj2003)
so I'll just continue with Opera because I visit a limited number of sites,
don't need warez and don't even have any torrents that I go to. My biggest
issue is getting emails from my sister (who lets her kids surf fairly
freely) and the occasional link here. Sadly, I have to buy a new machine
in the next 6 months or so and it will be running XP with all the patches
that the supplier has slipstreamed into its distribution.
