I like full-disclosure and the securina announce list. The others come in
handy when something new hits though.

If you reply-group, then it just gets posted to the group, there is no
gateway back to the mailing lists. However if you reply all then your
newsreader will pickup the authors email address and include him in the
reply so you probably don't want to do that.

Posting new to the group will just affect the group (so that's safe no
matter how you do it)

The software I'm using to do this has a setup for mail to news gateway and
another setup for news to mail gateway. I left the second one unconfigured
so it's not even possible with the configuration I'm using for a post to go
back upstream. The idea here was I just wanted an archive and to give us a
place to discuss the exploits should we feel the need.

I still have to figure out how I want to set the expire rules for the
group, don't think I care about exploits that are over 12 months old but
with how long MS is taking to patch things lately I may reconsider that and
make it 2 years.
