Well, let's hope it is a commercial success.  If it is...Then you will see
the stations upgraded....maybe some FM's will become affiliates...
Let's keep our fingers crossed!
Right now....without a track record, they have to pick from the
dredges of radio stations that are available (mostly the ones that were
unsucessful in their earlier life...)
