By US or Canadian law perhaps, not by Ducth law. By Dutch law the copyright
remains mine.

Either the law of the country of where it is published is dominant or it isn't.

If it is, you are right in that I lost my rights when submitting that
article. But then by the same reason TJ has no rights on the format of a
nodelist published in Belgium.
