I went back several posts in this thread and could not find any
information on what product we are dealing with. If the customer could
post his ATI7 or just give me the serial number I will look into it.
Looking through the thread I saw some posts that disturbed me. There
were several people complaining about the Courier PCMCI cards that can
not be upgraded. I do not believe all of the Rockwell based products
can be upgraded either. It really surprises me that more of the
pre-V90 products can not be upgraded. This should not inspire the "I
will never buy a ______ modem again." response. If the product works
good with the code it was purchased with, I do not see an issue.
